Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm trying to find the Trophic acidophilus that you have said that you use. Is this it?: http://www.aviva.ca/shop/products.asp?itemid=1759 & catid=263 Thanks so much,

This Trophic probiotic doesn't contain FOS, unless they've changed it: http://www.aviva.ca/shop/products.asp?itemid=1759 & catid=263 Bee
Guest guest
Sadly, it does now contain this: Ingredients: 7 Billion Active Cells: Lb. rhamnosus... 63.4%, Bf. Bifidum... 10%, Bf.longum... 10%, Lb. acidophilus... 10%, Sc. thermophilus... 6%, Lb. bulgaricus... 0.6%, Maltodextrin, FOS, Magnesium Stearate, Ascorbic Acid. Still in search of one now that's affordable. > > > > > > I also bought this brand though i noticed it has FOS in the > ingredients? > > +++Hi. What is your name? If so, the amount would be so small it would be okay to take them, particularly since you need to open the capsule and only take the equivalent of 2 billion active cells at a time, for a total of 10 billion per day. I'm hoping its a small enough amount not to cause any harm since I bought two bottles and would like to use them! Mitch

You'll know if it causes problems if you don't change anything else for the first 5 days of taking them. Bee
