Hi Bee,

Is there somewhere I can order Nutiva coconut oil in the 54 oz size in

Canada? I am presently buying it in 15 oz jars from my health food

store and going through them too fast. In a previous message today

someone was ordering it in the States through vitacost.com. Thanks you

for providing such a wonderful site.

Just before the time I started on this diet, the grocery store I usually go to

in the city (Atlantic Superstore in Canada) just so happened to get this brand

of Nutiva Coconut oil on the shelf. I was so amazed (silly I know) , that I

considered it a " sign " that I should definately do this diet. Lo and behold, I

did and I've been finding this brand of coconut oil very effective, unlike

another brand the store used to carry. I'm not sure if there is an Atlantic

Superstore in your area, but if any of the grocery stores in your city/town have

a health food section you could always ask if they can order some for you. Best
