Also, this is a dumb question, but just want to make sure I'm calculating it

right... my baby is now 9 months old, so since conception, he would be 19

months.  So, to cure him, it would be 1 month for every year, so that would be

like almost 2 months for him before he's cured, right?   After he is cured of

this, (and hoping he's finally wanting to eat solids by then), is it still safe

for him for me to only be eating the candida diet (in case he's not eating

solids and still exclusively breastfeeding) or will he need other nutrients once

he's cured?

 

 

Since my son was born, I have been taking the herb Fenugreek to boost my milk

supply (in capsules).  Do you happen to know if this is safe to take on the

Candida diet, or should I stop taking this?

 

Also, I bought some Stevia, but just noticed that it said on the bottle to

consult a healthcare professional if pregnant or nursing.  Is Stevia ok to take

while nursing?
