Sure!  Sorry about that.  Here's the first part...

Hi Bee,

I just wanted to give a small update.  :o)  I've been doing the candida diet and

supplements for about 2 weeks now, and it' going well.  It has been kind of

hard, though, because I believe I'm going through a lot of die-off symptoms.

It's so amazing to see everything that you wrote about in your article exactly

happening to me! LOL

I guess I just need some encouragement (wow, this is hard!).  I'm 27 years old

and I'm sure I've had this since conception, so that would be 28 months I would

need to be on this diet... hoping I can get through it!!   Also I have some more

questions if thats okay.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been soooo constipated, and have only had 2 stools

in 2 weeks!!!   Before I started the diet, I would have one stool every day, and

I would usually have 1 tablespoon of honey a day to keep me regular.  (I know,

bad idea for someone with candida I've come to find out! LOL)

Very sorry to be so graphic, but the stool is very green with black specs in

it.  Is this what a normal stool on the candida diet looks like, or would this

be part of die-off?

It's difficult because I feel so nauseaus because everything's stuck inside me

and I feel like I can't eat very much at all at this point because nothing is

leaving my body.  I'm worried about this because when nursing, I've read that we

actually need to increase our calories.  This is true, right?  Do you know how

much more fat, protein, and carbs I should be eating when nursing? Or do I just

stick to what my own ratios are?

I'm taking 6,000 mg of vitamin C a day, and my stool is actually pretty

soft-to-runny, but it's just VERY hard to go.  Also, I'm 5'6 " tall, so I'm

trying to keep my protein to fat to carbs ratios at the levels they are supposed

to be as I read in your article.  So, just wondering if there is anything else I

can do for the constipation, or if this is die-off and will eventually go away?

2 weeks is a long time to only have 2 stools!

Thanks!
