+++Hi . Good for you for being on the program for a month! I'm

glad you are seeing some progress.

The body uses a lot of energy in order to heal, and fatigue is your

body telling you it needs to conserve energy. That's why you

shouldn't expend energy by doing strenuous exercises. Instead do

mild exercises I recommend like dry skin brushing or rebounding on a

mini trampoline, or walking. See this article on Fatigue for more

information: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat10.php

Also it takes awhile for your body to change over its energy source

from carbs to " good " fats, and meanwhile you'll get some symptoms,

like shortness of breath, fatigue, etc., which aren't harmful.

Dark shadows under your eyes is caused by toxins. As you continue

there will be less and less toxins so your dark shadows will lessen,

and eventually disappear.

Hi, yes this is totally normal. I too was unable to do yoga for the first third

of the program.

Listen to your body, take it easy in the beginning. The body uses and needs a

lot of energy

to heal from this. You will get your energies back!

>and secondly, i've got dark shadows under my eyes.

That sounds like thyroid issues or adrenal issues. Do a search for this in the

archives.

+++Hi . All candida sufferers have thyroid and adrenal issues,

which shouldn't be treated separately since they will normalize on

this program. there are many things included in my program that do

help the thyroid and adrenals.

+++Please refer newcomers to my website first, rather than messages

on the group, since they are more thorough and informative. Here's

the section on thyroid and adrenals:

Oh, yes, I have adrenal fatigue and it's great to hear that this diet/program

will take care of it

in time. I know I've read about the thyroid problems when I read about the

adrenal stuff but

I wasn't sure if there were additional things one coudl do like thumping or so

for the thyroid

too?

Oh, yes, I'm so sorry Bee, I sometimes forget to do this, but I always mean to.

Will try to

remember next time!

Even if you wake up with bags under your eyes? Is it really only toxins?

++Hi . There could be other factors involved such as the cell

membranes not being constructed out of 50% saturated fat, or the person

isn't getting all of the nutrients required to utilize water and fats,

or not sleeping well, etc. But toxins are at the top of the list!

The best to you, Bee
