Hi Group,

Everyone should be aware that the word " organic " is not regulated as

this article points out. The only designation that is regulated is the

word " cerified organic. "

However, please understand that some of your small local farmers, who

are " trully " organic, do not have their products " certified organic "

because of the high costs and the amount of paperwork involved.

I talked to a farmer here in Ontario, who said he just cannot afford to

have his products " certified organic. "
