Guest guest
Dear . When I first started on Celexa I had 4 weeks where I felt really good. It was such a relief. And then I crashed. My doctor's words: " This means that this medicine will work for you, we just have to up the dosage. " And he was right ! BIG HUG and good luck ! Guest guest
: I've been on Lexapro for three weeks now, and I am experiencing the same exact thing. My symptoms all but disappeared almost instantly, but now they are back. They aren't as bad as they were before Lexapro, but still intolerable. I'm going to give it another week and then increase the dose to 20mg. My doctor said to wait six weeks, but hey I have a baby to take care of, I can't be feeling like this for three more weeks! I don't have any side effects from it so I'm not worried about that. In other words, what you are going through seems to be extremely common on this drug. Things will get better for both of us - I hope! :-) > Hi, > > I have been reading the posts in this group since I started on > Lexapro in March (10 mg for depression and mild anxiety). Guest guest
Hi, ; Thea here. I went on the 20 mg and felt sick alot. Glad you can tolerate it okay. I have actually never had a med promise such wonderful freedom at the start, only to poop out so quick. Guest guest
I'm on day one of the 9-day program and I am totally crashing. I am extremely hypoglycemic, dizzy and of course nauseaus. I don't know if this is how it should feel on the first day or not? Should I quit and start eating puree food already or just hang in there. It's feeling scary... I was planning on doing an enema but that is out of the question as is an empsom salt bath since I am so dizzy. I wouldn't want to pass out in a bathtub... You are experiencing die-off symptoms, which isn't a bad thing, but you should ensure you're eating enough foods. Yes, you can eat pureed foods now.
