Hi Bee,

Here's the 3rd and final part of my email.  Thanks so much for all your help!

...........Also, about the vitamin C, I've read that only 500 mg can be

" processed " in your body at a time, and so if taking 1,000 mg at once, then the

other 500 mg is not used by the body but just flushed out through our urine.  I

saw in your articles that you recommend taking 1,000 mg at a time.  So, just

wondering if what I have read about the 500 mg is true, or if it really is ok to

take the 1,000 mg and it will all be used by the body?

I'm taking 6 tablespoons of C.O. per day, but it's by using it for cooking.  I

know I should be taking spoonfuls of them (drinking it), but it just gags me.

Is it ok to do the 6 tbsp by using it to cook with, or should I be swallowing it

by spoonful?

One last thing (sorry for all the questions!!  They kind of racked up in my

brain during these first 2 weeks!)  :)

I've noticed that my baby has gotten a ton of eczema spots all over his legs

(I'm sure this is die-off from reading your articles), but he's also started

losing his hair on his head!  Is this normal on the diet, and will it grow

back?

Oh, one more thing - I'm taking the recommended supplements (vitamins/minerals)

each day, but would I need to increase these since I'm nursing so that more

would pass through to my son?

Thanks so much for all of your help, Bee!! I really appreciate it so much!

Sorry again for the many questions!!   Hope it's okay.

Take care,

:)
