What stevia brands should we use?

I see stevia in the store that looks totally white and processed, I hesitate to

buy this and I've

read that stevia should be black in color. What brands do you all use here for

your egg

drinks?

I use the green one which is ground up stevia leaves.

I wouldn't recommend the white one. It's processed and leaves you

with an aftertaste that reminds me of aspartame. I tried it again

yesterday and it gave me a sore throat.
