++Hi Geo. You should wrap cod liver oil, coconut oil and other

supplements individually in aluminum foil and put them in a thermos-

type bag in your checked-in luggage.

+++You can individually wrap any containers that hold liquids in

plastic bags, tied tightly with a twist tie.

as Natural Factors and Source Naturals - but the thing I don't see is

the elemental amounts.

+++See this for ordering Natural Factors brand:

+++However, the last time I tried to buy Natural Factors Calcium

Citrate with " elemental amounts " at my health store, they told me the

company doesn't offer the one with " elemental amounts " any more. So

I was forced to buy the other Calcium Citrate, and found I had to

take double the amount to get enough calcium.

citrate and 5 capsules twice daily of mag citrate. Is this true?

+++Calcium and magnesium citrate are both made with the carbonate

forms of these minerals. I understand you only absorb about 40%, so

when I took double the amount it was enough.

manganese, etc going to be a problem?

+++That product should be okay for the short time you'll need them.

it contains soybean oil. Is it that bad for you that I should toss

it? It only cost 10 bucks...just seems like a waste.

+++Dr. Mercola says that the soybean oil in oil soluble supplements

isn't damaging to the body like other soy products.

+++Geo, I haven't recommended that book. Here's the books I

recommend: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/amazon.php

+++I don't know what carb cycling is, however eating meats and eggs

plus good fats build up muscles extremely efficiently, without

exercise and without carbs.

Hi Geo,

I´m actually on the road in Costa Rica and will be in Central America

for 3 weeks. I´m just checking e-mail now so I¨m sure you got some

great tips.

In terms of cod liver oil, I ordered some from Green Pastures that is

in a capsule. This made it easier.

I also packed 6 glass bottles of coconut oil in aluminum bags and put

in check luggage. Kinda heavy but by the time I leave, it will be

light.

I´m still doing the Natural Calm and it has been OK. For breakfast

and lunch I just ask for agua caliente and drink it down.

Have fun on vacation!

Genevieve

I'm wondering if anyone knows here I would be able to buy a cooler /

thermostat type traveling bag?

I've looked online but i'm afraid it won't arrive to me in time.

Thanks,

Geo

P.S. Thank you Bee for answering all of my questions!

+++Hi Geo. Check out Wal-Mart and other department stores - there's

lots of thermos-type travelling bags; also wrap all supplements

individually in tin foil so the zappers don't get through to them.

+++You are so welcome Geo!

Onward & Upward!
