I don't believe Concentrace contains sodium+choride (salt), does it? Sodium & chloride are two of the macrominerals required daily, along with the other 7, which are: potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and sulphur. Ocean sea salt contains " true " sodium and chloride, unlike table salt and regular sea salt (which is white). Bee

I do not see sulphur listed. It is described as a natural mineral concentrate with the mineral content of sea water with 99% of the sodium removed. It still has sodium, but not in the amount that sea water has. What I have been doing daily is adding 5 drops of Concentrace to my daily Yeast Flakes drink. Then I also take 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt. I was wondering if I am overdoing the minerals or throwing off my balances because of this. I read about the Concentrace in the Daily Plan and started doing it when I first began the program. Now, I wonder if the Concentrace is something I should stop? Thanks, Marissa
