Flu-like symptoms are definitely die-off symptoms as described in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php +++Unfortunately when candida is overgrowing and also when it is being killed off it produces the same symptoms, so please ensure you are sticking to the diet and taking all of the supplements. > Doing the things from your colds article to get me some relief, > because I do not to want to take any chemical painkillers. Just > sitting this out and hoping I will be ok again for the holidays > because I have a lot of family coming over... +++I'll pray that you recover before the Holidays! > > I do not have a great appetite Bee, is it ok to eat far less fat? I > only have two or three spoons of butter and coconut oil a day. > Thanks again for replying, my body is still not used to this diet and I'm feeling sort of weak, I try to hang in... :{ +++If you do not have a good appetite you wouldn't want to lower your fat intake; instead lower your carbs and ensure you eat enough protein and good fats. Having Bee's Egg Drink is the best way to obtain nutrition when your appetite isn't good. +++I think you should start on the 9-day program which will help you get through this bad period of time and hopefully you'll feel muich better by Christmas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Let me know how you do. Its not hard to do it because my appetite is very low. I really have to force food into me... Fever is gone, sore throat is gone, still having sinuses full and ears full and this nasty cough. My head is very very tired. I have this constant hard sound of some dark running engine in my head, even in the middle of the night. I have this question about Epsom salt. We don't have that in my country, but I looked it up on the internet and its magnesium sulphate. But there are sorts of magnesium sulfate. We sometimes call it 'bitter salt' or 'glauber salt' but even bittersalt and glaubersalt are a slightly different form of magnesium sulphate. So now I am confused what to buy and what will be beneficial. I bought some himalaya pink bath salt and that was very good for me, will that have the same benefits for me as epsom salt? Thank you for all your research, I am still discovering gems of information on your website and I can't wait to get your book when its out. Wishing you and your family merry Christmas! hugs

Sounds like bitter salt might be okay, but I wouldn't know for sure. > > I bought some himalaya pink bath salt and that was very good for me, will that have the same benefits for me as epsom salt? +++Salt can dry out the skin if you use too much in your bath, but it does help pull out toxins. Epsom salt contains magnesium which is absorbed through the skin, and magnesium is very relaxing so it would act different than salt. > > Thank you for all your research, I am still discovering gems of > information on your website and I can't wait to get your book when > its out. +++Thanks ! > > Wishing you and your family merry Christmas! +++I hope you and yours also have a Merry Christmas, and a happy healthier New Year! hugs, Bee
