+++Hi Amy. You wouldn't need to do a coffee enema every 4-5 days for 6

months. Do them every 4-5 days for 2 months, and then cut back to 1

per week for 2 months and then 2 per month for 1-2 months. After that

you only need to do 1 every 3-6 months, and when healthy only 1 per

year. You are giving your body a break in between enemas.

+++Thanks. We have that storm too! It came down with a vengence about

1 hour ago and it's supposed to last through the weekend. I'm glad I'm

not in Alberta any longer, since they've had -31 F in addition to lots

of snow. Brrrr!

---Bee,

How would this be followed with water enemas or probiotic or

antifungal enemas?

+++Hi Amy. Water enemas are done on the 9-day program when no other

enemas are done. Also a plain water enema is always done prior to a

coffee, antifungal or probiotic enema to clean out the bowel first.

If you do antifungal and probiotic enemas you can do them instead of

the coffee enema following the same schedule above, or alternate

antifungal/probiotic enemas with coffee enemas in the schedule above.

-----Ok..just to make sure I am clear. You should not be doing ANY

enemas more than the suggested schedule. (For example, don't do coffee

enemas every 4-5 days for 2 months then do probiotic/antifungal enemas

every 4-5 days for the following 2 months.)

Hope I am making sense :)

Amy, just use common sense since you want to allow time between enemas

for the bowels to normalize, and you don't want to do them for long

periods of time.
