Guest guest
HI, Is it really OK to eat pasteurised butter? How come everyone seems to say that pasteurised dairy products should be avoided... Is there really no danger associated with pasteurised butter? Bee, you say that it's better to eat pasteurised butter than no butter at all. Does it mean that it is healthy? Why would pasteurised butter be healthy and not the other dairy products? I have another question: is it ok to eat from time to time some very high fat cream like Mascarpone? I plan on eating that as a dessert for Christmas... Would that be OK? Or is it a bad idea? . The reason other dairy products aren't consumed when you have candida is because they contain lactose (sugar) which feeds candida. +++The rule about lactose is: " The higher the butterfat content, the lower the lactose, so that is why butter is okay. Also butterfat helps the body digest lactose. > > I have another question: is it ok to eat from time to time some very high fat cream like Mascarpone? But you can safely cheat once a week, if the off-diet food is consumed within a 2 hour period of time. That way your body isn't reacting to it over a long period of time, so it has a better chance of detoxifying it. Have a very Merry Christmas!
