Amy is correct, you shouldn't take Saccharomyces Boulardii because it can take advantage of an immune deficiency and cause a systemic infection. It is too early for you to take probiotics since it is the last step in my program. Besides the fact that probiotics aren't going to cure your candida; only building up your immune system with " proper nutrients " and eliminatings toxins will cure it. I believe candida can be cured without taking any antifungals or probiotics since the body will normalize once your immune system is built up. The only exception is unrefined coconut oil (which is antifungal) since it is an important part of the diet that provides many other health benefits.
