Guest guest
hi bee! merry christmas! i had a question for you. i am supposed to travel to tanzania with my husband in late february. we're very excited but i heard i have to get certain shots like yellow fever, tetanus, and hepatitus B shots, not to mention malaria pills. is it worth it? especially since we want to get pregnant soon after we return from africa. it just seems like alot of vaccines for my body. it is safe to have all those shots in me, and then shortly after get pregnant? maybe i shouldn't go to africa until AFTER i'm done with having children. yet, people say the shots shouldn't be that bad for you. thank you, crissy

IF it is mandatory you get vaccines you should wait. However, you might be able to sign a waiver and not have the vaccines. But I'm not sure anyone can do that. The shots are very very bad for you; they are poisons containing fermaldehyde and mercury@!! I worried so much once when my partner came back from a trip. I though he had some terrible illness but our family doctor was totally cool and said there was nothing for me to worry about. i think sometimes a doctor will feel there is a risk in being sued if they don't recommend the vaccines. But in reality the risks may not be so high, especially if we strengthen our immune systems. That being said I'm really scared so I might still go for some vaccinations or just read a lot about how to avoid getting an illness. Boiling all water and making sure not to eat anything not cooked and getting treatment immediately if something comes up.
