One more thing...I just called our local health food store and they

sell caprylic acid. Should I take that with butter for the time

being? If so, how much should I take a day?

+++Hi . Can you buy some good coconut oil locally? Don't be

concerned if you have to go without it; you will still be providing

great nutrients your body needs. You can increase other fats in the

meantime, like butter and lard.

No, do not buy caprylic acid supplements, which are processed.

Merry Christmas!

++++Hi Bee. I can get some locally but it's $12 for a small mayonnaise

size jar. And with my husband's work slowing down, that's not really

something I can afford right now at 5 tblsp a day. Although as luck

would have it, I called another health food store in my area and they

had a 30 oz. bottle of Nutive for $12 because it's going to be

discontinued. So I snatched it up! Hopefully it will last until Jan.

5th.

Thanks for your help! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
