I have started including some green juice into my routine. I juice

celery, cucumber, parsley, and chard (sometimes with a bit of ginger)

and include some flax fiber and plenty of coconut oil to slow the

absorbtion.

Would this be acceptable during the first day or two of the 9 day

program?

thanks,

Sara

+++Hi Sara. Flax fiber is not recommended. Fiber is actually very

damaging to the intestines - see articles about Fiber on my website.

Do not include juice the first day, but you can have it after that.

Only drink moderate amounts at any time.

gosh Bee- seems like everything I do is wrong, lol!  thanks for the info on the

flax meal- I started taking it because my colon hydrotherapist recommended I use

it and it did seem to help with my severe constipation.  guess I should give it

up.

thanks,

sara
