+++Hi . Welcome to our group. My, you have a very

interesting life and with 2 little ones and your grandma you are a

very busy woman.

meds?

do I start decreasing first?

+++No, you time the lowering of meds to when you first had the

symptoms prior to starting on the meds. For example if you first had

low thyroid symptoms 10 years ago, you lower your meds gradually over

the next 10 months. However antidepressants are different since they

do much more damage than thyroid meds. You should gradually start

going off of them now since they will interfere more. See this

article on Anxiety & Depression:

+++The reason you feel congested (more mucus) is because butter is

antifungal and also a great detoxifier so it will create die-off and

detox symptoms. The body creates more mucus in order to get rid of

toxins. Also eggs contain sulphur, which is also antifungal. So I

do not believe your problem is caused by the proteins in butter.

< I also crave the crackers I made with soaked blanched raw almonds,

egg whites and celtic sea salt. Is it ok to eat as many as I want or

is it better to stay away from them? Does craving a food like that

means that it is feeding the candida bugs?

+++Most almonds (even raw ones) are now being irradiated (zapped with

radiation) which changes the body's cells/DNA if consumed, and can

even cause cancer; check out Quebec to see what their regulations

are. If your almonds are not irradiated you can have moderate

amounts. Cravings aren't a good sign, but I couldn't say that " all

cravings " are feeding candida, since some people crave red meats,

minerals, eggs, etc.

> 3)I have a really hard time not snacking. I become weak and shaky

if I do not eat every 3 hours (I run around with 3 toddlers all day).

I eat plenty of good fats and protein at every meal and I eat a

decent size meal. I really cannot force myself to eat more at every

meal. I had the elecrolytes drink today and yesterday between meals

and it didn't satisfy my hunger. Would Bee's egg drink be ok between

meals? Any other suggestion? Or should I really try not to eat

between meals?

+++Over time you will be able to avoid snacking, once you get your

good fats up high enough since they satiate your appetite so much and

also provide the best source of energy as opposed to carbs. However,

it takes time to increase your fats since most are antifungal, and

also it takes time for your body to switch over from obtaining energy

mainly from carbs (glucose).

+++Ensure you take time to switch over completely - see " Curing

Candida, How to Get Started " ;

> 4)I am doing a probiotic enema (water and lactobifidus) every 2 days

> pretty much since 6 weeks (as per GAPS recommendation) since I still

> have a hard time eating raw veggies (they give me bloating and

> intestinal pain) and I am quite constipated.

+++Doing enemas too often interferes with the normal functioning of

the large bowel, so other than my 9-day program I only recommend they

be every 4-5 days. I also do not recommend eating any raw

vegetables; they should all be cooked enough to break down their

cellulose cell walls because our digestive can't break them down at

all - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg2.php

> I would like to try the coffee enema, but I really do not want to

feel jittery afterwards. I am someone who cannot even handle a sip of

coffee without shaking afterwards. Do you still recommend that I do

it or is it not for me at this point?

+++The coffee enema doesn't get absorbed into the system like

drinking coffee does; please read the article carefully so you'll see

what I mean.

> Ok, I think I'll stop here!

+++You are so welcome. I am honored and humbled to be able to help

you and many others so much! My own brother also cured himself after

doing my program 20 months, and now my wonderful Sister, who is a

nurse, is also on my program.

path than me?

If 3 autistic children (ages, 3, 4 & 17) are progressing and getting

healthy, you can bet this will also help you. This program provides

the " proper nutrients " (and eliminates toxins and damaging foods) so

the body can heal itself naturally. It can change/correct genes/DNA,

as written by Dr. Weston A. Price in his book " Nutrition and Physical

Degeneration. "

Thank you so much Bee for your answers.

###When you say to lower the Synthroid gradually over the next 10

months, do you mean that I start right now, or after 10 months on the

diet?

###For the antidepressants, I am scared to lower them before my body

is healed. I really cannot handle severe die-off and retracing while

depressed and anxious (and taking care of my whole family). I

understand that it does interfere with the program and I can't wait to

get off them, but I also experienced so much suffering from those

diseases that I am very scared...

###So you say that it is pretty much impossible to suffer from butter

intolerance if one sticks to your program? So I should include it

right away?

>

###So, it is OK to not have a bowel in 4-5 days and keep all the dead

bugs inside? I know that according to GAPS, you should never go more

than 2 days without a stool if not, you reabsorbe the toxic wastes

that you just eliminated. I also feel quite uncomfortable not going

for so long, obviously.

I also do not recommend eating any raw

> vegetables; they should all be cooked enough to break down their

###There are some recipes with raw veggies (blended salad, tuna salad,

side cucumber salad. etc.). I thought it was OK when one was healed

enough and that the introduction of those raw veggies was seamless. So

those recipes are not for candida sufferers? No raw veggies at all,

not even cucumbers?

>

##Again, thank you so much be for all the time and effort that you put

into this. Be assured that it is extremely helpful and appreciated!

+++Hi . It means you start lowering doses after you are

completely on the diet and taking all of the supplements. So you

should get your thyroid tested now, so it provides as baseline for

the future. After you are completely on the diet for 6 weeks, get re-

tested, and lower meds accordingly, and re-test every 6 weeks.

+++Please read the article on Anxiety & Depression so you understand

what nutrients alleviate them.

> ###So you say that it is pretty much impossible to suffer from

butter intolerance if one sticks to your program? So I should include

it right away?

+++Yes, that is correct, but start at low doses and increase them

gradually so your healing symptoms aren't so severe. Remember our

bodies are designed to utilize good " God-Given Foods " which do not

cause problems, except for healing reactions when the body needs to

heal.

+++Yes, it is okay to not go for 4-5 days, and like I said you can

get constipation from lowering carbs too quickly, without also

increasing good fats. You may need to backtrack and add some carbs

until you can increase your good fats enough. The best remedy for

constipation is megadoses of Vitamin C - see this constipation

article for details:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig1.php

+++Also, do what you can to improve your digestion - see that section

in my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " ;

+++My website isn't just for candida sufferers. When you have

constipation or other digestive problems you shouldn't eat any raw

veggies.

You are welcome.
