Hi ,

I just wanted to say that we all make mistakes like this.  Focus on the fact

that you have been getting better *and* that you can't turn back the clock,

right?  Don't beat yourself up (this is coming from one who has been there and

done that!).

be well,

-Sara

+++Oh . Don't be overly concerned, since the amount of sugar it

contains would not be high, and you wouldn't eat 1 lb. at a time

anyway. I don't think it will set back your progress much at all so

take a deep breath my dear.

===Thanks, Bee for alleviating my concerns. I feel a little better

now. I looked at the nutritional information again and it list the

protein, fat, and carb count but not the sugar. Do you think perhaps

the sugar is cooked off and that's why it's not listed? Or do you

think it contains such a neglible amount that they don't have to list

it?

Hi . They don't have to list sugar if it is under a certain

amount.
