This is what I do: after oil pulling I swish with sea salt & baking soda (disolved in water). I then brush my teeth using Bee's recipe for tooth paste (1/2 cup baking soda, 1 tsp sea salt and 1-2 drops peppermint oil). I then have the electrolyte drink - I like it with hot water, lemon, sea salt, stevia, butter and cayenne pepper. I haven't had any problems with enamel.
