Yes, your mouth thrush will go away as your immune system is being built up on this program, which takes time. In the meantime mouth thrush treatments help: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat18.php Use one of the mouth solutions in that article first, swishing around the solution for up to 2 minutes at a time, and then brush your tongue with just a soft bristle brush. Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thanks for the fast reply. I usually just swallow the coconut oil, but I will try that and see. It is annoying to look at my tongue in the morning :-( Thanks a million, Berni.
Guest guest
Bernice, I had the same problem at the beginning. The first thing, patience. Stop looking in the mirror and torturing yourself with the peril of the white tongue. I feel your frustration because from time to time I would have to 'go to the bathroom' and check on my tongue. What I did and it is now a morning and afternoon ritual that brings me great comfort, is to take a spoonful of Coconut Oil (the one Bee recommends) and put it in your mouth. When I would be driving to work in the morning, I would keep the oil in my mouth as long as I could and swirled it around. This relieved my annoyance and self consciousness of a white fuzzy tongue. Also, lunch time - I would take a spoonful of coconut oil and do the same thing. Now for me not to do this feels strange and out of place. Most of all be sure to relax because stress just exaggerates the problem. And by the way, after a while people who knew the situation I underwent, told me that they've never seen my tongue so healthy. It makes taking the coconut oil well worth it. I hope this helps. ________________________________ From: bernice_ebony <bernice_ebony@...> Sent: Saturday, December 27, 2008 7:00:50 AM Subject: [ ] white coated tongue Hi Bee. Guest guest
, Thanks so much. I am glad to know that I am not alone. But I live in the UK how can I get this coconut oil? Bee??? I have a different one called Tiana (certified organic virgin coconut oil) Alos says Premium quality with superior taste, cold pressed raw coconut goodness. Please direct me to a good website that can supply in the UK. I used to love eating coconut when we lived back at home, but without knowing that it has such great healing properties. Many thanks, Berni.

A white-coated tongue is caused by candida overgrowth in the mouth, called thrush, so you wouldn't have it if you didn't have candida. > I only scored 141 on the questionaire so could i be borderline? > I had a saliva test earlier this year and it said i had candida, but i have read on here that they are not conclusive. +++Even IF " per chance " you didn't have candida, it is obvious your immune system is very depressed. So you would be well-advised to do this program which is designed to build up your immune system. The only way the body can heal itself is with " proper nutrients, " and by eliminating toxins and damaging foods and substances. That's why I called my website Healing Naturally, since people on this program proved it does heal the body and does improve anyone's health. Thanks for your trust in me, however we have members from all over the world on this group and it would be an impossible task for one person to recommend products for every country/area. > Luv, Bee

Guest guest
Hi Dudley, We've order Tropical Traditions brand coconut oil from this website. It's a good oil that Bee recommends and comes in large quantities. It's shipped from Ireland. http://www.coconut-oils.net/index.php? cPath=24 & osCsid=84dceb363680d5aa95770033e095134f Hope that helps! & Lawrence > > ============= > Hi Bee, > i'll check out the above site as i also need to buy the oil in larger > quantaties. The oil i have now is called certified organic virgin > coconut oil by BIONA but it is produced in the EU for BIONA it is > also solid like a thick paste or butter,is this ok? but i will order > the other stuff when this runs out.I have already taken back some > that was called coconut butter. Since coconut oil is a highly saturated fat it is solid at lower than room temperature, so yes it is okay. You do not refrigerate coconut oil. Keep it in your cupboard so it isn't solid, since it keeps up to 2 years that way. > but i will order the other stuff when this runs out.I have already taken back some that was called coconut butter. Also do we have to be worried about things being contaminated with heavy metals. As i know you do have to take care with some suppliments. +++Coconut oil wouldn't contain any heavy metals, and it chelates out heavy metals in your body, along with other good fats I recommended, including omega 3, and vitamins A, D & E.
