> I have been on the candida diet for 1 month now.  I take candex,

acidopholus and have coconut oil everyday, I do not eat any carbs or

sugars at all.  But my tongue looks like its getting more yeast on

it.  What is going on?

+++Hi there. What is your name please?

You shouldn't be taking candex since it doesn't help build up the

immune system and it creates unnecessary symptoms, since the only way

to cure candida is by building up the immune system.

Also acidophilus/probiotics aren't taken until the last step of the

program. The reasons are explained in my article " How to

Successfully Overcome Candida " :

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php

Carbs are any and all foods that are not classified as protein or

fat, so that includes vegetables, fruits, grains, nut, seeds, etc.,

etc. I suggest you re-check your diet and make sure it only includes

the foods on " The Candida Diet Food List " :

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2_1.php

At this point in time you should only be taking unrefined coconut oil

in addition to the diet and other supplements I recommend. When you

are able to take 6 tbls. of coconut oil without getting severe die-

off symptoms you can add 1 other kind of antifungal, which is in my

main candida article above.

The reason you are getting more yeast on your tongue is because some

symptoms intensify when you first start on the program. To

understand read " Die-Off Symptoms " ;
