Guest guest Posted November 28, 2008 Report Share Posted November 28, 2008 Hello, My husband has been slowly changing his diet over and taking virgin coconut oil. He hasn't given up his organic coffee, a bit of natural sugar (kefir and peanut butter) and some grains yet and is not doing all of the supplements yet. He's had a rash on his under arms this past week that is very ichy and blotchy red. This morning his right underarm has some blisters and the redness is spreading downward like five inches. I reassured him it's die of symptom but I told him I would write and double check. He is going through physical therapy (torn rotator cuff repair back in May) which includes being in a chlorinated pool three times a week as well. And he's using my mineral deodorant which does have a few drops of tea tree oil in it. Is this truly die off and is there something that can be done to make him a bit more comfortable. He has rubbed a bit of coconut oil oil on it which soothes just for a bit. The good news is that he had his first bite of the typical Thanksgiving sugary dessert yesterday and he said he couldn't believe how icky sweet it was. Thank you!
