I take Cod liver oil, but that hasn't got enough Vit. A, so I bought a separate bottle with Vit. A. Searching through the article Supplement Details I don't read anywhere that vit A should not be bought as retinyl palmitate, maybe a good suggestion to state in that article which form we should buy? Because when you start on this program and you start to search for all the vitamins, you really want to get the right ones So what kind of vitamine A should I buy next time Bee? And should I stop taking this kind of vitamine A? Anyway: WISHING ALL OF YOU A VERY H E A L T H Y AND HAPPY 2009 !!! And thanks to you Bee, I'm starting 2009 already with more health... I can't thank you enough... thankyou thankyou thankyou big warm hugs

Also my main article explains that the only " true " vitamin A is retinol. However, I will make it more obvious in my articles from now on. Thanks so much. > Anyway: WISHING ALL OF YOU A VERY H E A L T H Y AND HAPPY 2009 !!! > And thanks to you Bee, I'm starting 2009 already with more health... > I can't thank you enough... thankyou thankyou thankyou +++I'm so very happy for you my dear.
