Guest guest
Hi all, I'm sorry if this is already been posted (I checked the archives & Bee's site before posting this)....but does eating sauerkraut cause die- off? I've been eating about 1/3 a cup w/2 meals a day...felt great at first, but now feel my usual symptoms (anxiety, depression, muscle soreness, tight chest etc.)have returned. I've been eating sauerkraut for the past 4 days. I should also mention that I'm premenopause & some of those symptoms seemed to be helped initially, but seem to now have returned. Thanks! The reason those symptoms have returned is because your body " retracing " them. During natural healing the body " retraces " all previous symptoms, diseases, illnesses, injuries, dental and medical treatments/drugs, etc., which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php Bee
