The edges get nice and crispy from the butter and then I slathered it with more butter! http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe191.php I'm thinking a couple of slices of spinach bread, some free-range eggs over easy, and a lovely Hollandaise sauce poured over it.
