Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Hi Bee. I am getting this ground organ meat for my dog, and I was wondering if you thought it was okay for me to eat. It's all human grade usda, organic, grass-fed, ground heart, liver and kidney. I would probably make sure it's frozen for 14 days and eat a few ounces every day or two. Are these organs safe to eat raw or lightly cooked after freezing or anything else I should know? If this is ok, would it give me enough B vitamins?
