Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, I'm getting ready to head out to Central America for three weeks and I've been so busy packing coconut oil, supplements, stevia, etc. etc. It takes a village Any ways, I hunted and hunted for a store bought, pure Calcium Citrate and the closest I came to was a Solaray Calcium Citrate. One capsule has 250 mg of Calcium Citrate (85%) and Calcium Carbonate. The other ingredients include: gelatin, magnesium stearate, watercress leaf, dandelion root, and parsley leaf. Is this OK? Will the carbonate mess with my digestion? Such a bummer. Next time I will definitely order on-line ahead of time the Natural Factors brand, I'm running short on time though. Also, I just noticed that the Fronteir Nutritional flakes I bought were the " mini " sized flake variety. Will that be OK? Please let me know if you have any suggestions for store bought Calcium Citrate or any tips on what to bring while traveling... Thanks so much!
