Guest guest
Just wanted to ask a quick question. Unless I've had a " boys look " and have missed it, I would like to know why there is very little, if any, significant focus on the importance of what I would call gold standard exercise recommendations? Just as we are looking into what our ancestors would have eaten, should not the same be done with energy expenditure and daily movement, which these days will have to be replaced by well planned and structured exercise due to most peoples living/working environments. I just fail to see how anybody can ever reach their true potential for cellular and bodily system health if we are depriving our bodies of what it genetically requires, which is to be placed under physical stress through using our bodies in particular ways, which we now call exercise but once would have simply been known as a part of daily life.
