Fats & Blood Test Result Questions

Bee,

First, thank you for answering all my questions. About Fats: I don't

always track the amounts of grams of everything each day. But I

usually cook everything in a tablespoon of butter or coconut oil or

both and I usually take a tablespoon of coconut oil combined with

olive oil with each meal (3 times/day). If I take a tablespoon of the

coconut oil I will usually still take about a teaspoon of olive oil on

top of it. Would you say that I'm probably doing okay with my fats to

protein. I'm eating a decent portion of protein at each meal. Should I

worry about taking too much fat? I'm fairly thin, so.

Blood Test question: I called my doctor and had them send my test

results because all they told me over the phone was that it came back

positive for candida (back in August). I wanted to know if it was high

or low or a " level " so that when I re-test I can compare it. Here are

my results:

IGG 0.8,

IGA 0.8,

IGM 1.5 H (stands for high?). So they are saying I'm positive based

on the IGM. Do you know what that means? If so, would you know whether

I should think of my " level " as high or low or med since the IGG and

IGA were 0.8...? By the way, my white blood cell result was 4.0

Thousand/uL -N (negative I assume) regular limits are 3.8-10.8. Didn't

you say that with Candida you normally have high blood cell count?

Anyway, thanks for your help!! Basically I'm just wondering if maybe

my Candida level isn't as bad as I thought.
