Guest guest
Hi Bee , I finally acquired all my supplements and took them according to instruction . I experienced the " Niacin Flush " Saturday & Sunday morning . Now I understand what women mean by hot flashes . My Niacin is 100mg , thus I take that once a day with B vitamins in the morning . Furthermore , I experienced on Saturday & Sunday , 3 bowel movements , the first , two are normal and diarrhea the third ; but diarrhea was more prevalent on Sunday . Moreover , Saturday night my anus was burning , I was wondering is that due to me patting the area with added baking soda on top of the normal coconut oil I use ? Or is the introduction of all the supplements the reason ? A combination of both ? Or perhaps the Candida and die off ? ....... Sunday the burning wasn't as intense . I also noticed more flatulence over this weekend , as well . Apologies for being graphical . Moreover ,Bee , I would like your opinion whether it matters if I purchase my baking soda from a health shop or a regular grocery store . I use to buy " Arm & Hammer " brand . Coincidently , I bought my present baking soda from health shop operated by chinese owners and they don't seem as enthusiastic about the well being of the customers or that knowledgeable of the products they carry & sell as their nearby competitors . I mention this since China in regards to product issues , has been in the media , as of recently . Perhaps its time to commit more of my health product purchases , elsewhere . For your guidance in uncertain territory , thanks once again Bee . Regards , Ed
