I wouldn't recommend that sugar substitute, even if we find out what kind of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C and Calcium it contains. Only use stevia leaf as a sweetener, and only in very small amounts; some candida sufferers aren't able to tolerate it at the beginning however so each person has to be cautious. > > Also, after speaking with the wife, there was mention of me doing a class at their store on your information. Would you allow someone to do a class to introduce people to the information on your website? +++That would be great if people are referred to this Group and my website, and it would be good if I could get some compensation. I'm working with another website to develop online Candida courses, but it won't getting off the ground for awhile. +++Could you write up a class outline and send it to me for approval first? Guest guest
> > Let me know what you mean by some " not being able to tolerate " the green stevia at first. I know you've mentioned that about other things. Does that mean too much die off? +++Hi . Stevia is a carb which feeds candida, like all carbs do. No, the person wouldn't be getting " die-off " since that happens when candida is killed off. They are so sensitive that stevia makes candida overgrow more, and particularly if they have too much. Ordinarily, since it is very sweet, one only has pinches of it at a time. However I've seen people who thought Stevia was okay/safe so they've gone overboard eating it by the spoonfuls, feeding their sweet tooth like crazy and also feeding the candida. > > Once the wife gives the thumbs up for an intro class to your site, you will get a copy of the class outline ahead of time for approval and I will discuss the compensation issue with her. I'm thinking this would happen some time in Spring. +++Thanks . The best, Bee
