Severe Die off After Cheating

Oh bee, I totally messed up. It started with Thanksgiving and I had

potato yams and it has down spiraled from there. I didn't immediately

feel bad. Last weekend I decided to do the right thing . Well Sunday

night I dont know if it was coincidental or what but I rubbed some tea

tree oil on my feet and all hell broke loose.

Since then I am tired, itching all over, hands are itching, ear itch,

vaginal itch, anal itch, nausea, chest pain, anxious, short of breath.

I have severe constipation now but I will do a coffee enema this

evening as you suggest. On top of my left foot is this terrible hive

that itches like mad. Yesterday I had to take my socks off and stratch

till I almost bled.

My signs of irritable bowel are back, back pain, A majority of my

pre-candida treatment sxs are back.I also have back pain. My legs are

burning and my muscles are cramping. These are all the exact symptoms

I had when I was poisoned by that blood pressure meds.

Do you think I have lost all of my previous 5 months of being clean?

Am I retracing, detoxing or what? This is mentally hard to handle.

I will stay on my diet cause this is not worth it. This is the third

day that I have been 100% strict back on the diet.

+++Hi Phyllis. No, you haven't lost all of your hard work over the

last 5 months, and it probably will be back on track within 3 days.

But your body couldn't handle both the tea tree oil and having been

off diet at the same time; that's why you experienced such severe die-

off symptoms.
