done!

You can have raw ginger tea; add some spices to make it tastier, i.e.

fennel seed, anise seed, allspice, etc. Or heat up the electrolyte

drink to make it nicer to drink.

****** Bee since I'm using a heaping tsp of cinnamon in my egg drink

daily and cinnamon is very high in tannins could that also be preventing my

iron absorption? Something is causing my low iron as prior to starting this

program my iron was never this low.
