+++Hi Marcia. You would gradually decrease the enemas, which can vary according

to how bad your liver and adrenals are.

If you have pain in your liver you should do them every week until the pain

subsides.

If your adrenals are very low, since recovery can take more time, you can do

them every 2 weeks for 2-3 months, and then every month.

Finally you would only do them every 2-3 months, and after that once every 6

months to a year as needed.
