Nursing Babies and Coconut Oil

Hi Bee,

I have my 16 month old on the candida diet too and I was wondering if

it's necessary to give her separate doses of coconut oil or if she's

getting enough through my breastmilk. I'm consuming almost 5 tblsp a

day and eating tons of butter, so I figure my breastmilk is very fatty

and contains plenty of lauryl and caprylic acid to kill off her

candida. Is that right or do I still need to supplement her directly

with coconut oil?

Thanks so much, Bee!

+++Hi . Yes, it is important that you also give your girl coconut

oil. Most children love the taste, but ensure you start with small

amounts and gradually increase it per " Candida Treatments for Babies &

Children.
