Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have my 16 month old on the candida diet too and I was wondering if it's necessary to give her separate doses of coconut oil or if she's getting enough through my breastmilk. I'm consuming almost 5 tblsp a day and eating tons of butter, so I figure my breastmilk is very fatty and contains plenty of lauryl and caprylic acid to kill off her candida. Is that right or do I still need to supplement her directly with coconut oil? Thanks so much, Bee! Lnda

Most children love the taste, but ensure you start with small amounts and gradually increase it per " Candida Treatments for Babies & Children.
