how many mg's of ascoribic acid are in the double OO caps?

Hi everyone,

I buy pure ascorbic acid and fill up double OO caps to take it- does

anyone know approx. how many mg's each cap would contain? thank you so

much!

Hello

The easiest thing to do is to weight the powdered vit C and then fill

perhaps 20 or more capsules, and then measure the weight difference of

the powder, and calculate the weight difference/# of capsules.

+++Sara, it isn't a good idea to put pure ascorbic acid in capsules,

because it is hard on the stomach. So it is important to mix it with

water and have it with meals.
