The best treatment for gas, bloating, etc. is raw ginger tea. Exercise would help move the gas out however. When candida is being killed-off it produces carbon dioxide, which is gas. So as you progress you'll get less and less gas and bloating. Did you know that my moderator, Jackie, is a Yoga Instructor?
