Guest guest
Hi, I'm not Bee, but I was wondering how long you've been on Bee's diet? I was VERY hungry in the beginning too. I did find out that eating veggies made me hungrier, and now I eat mostly meat, fat, and take the recommended supplements. I'm sorry that you've been through so much. I know a woman who eats mostly meat and fat, and she is doing really well (she was overweight, lost it, got thin, but gained back in good ways, adding nice curves to her body). Her body just took awhile to heal. My body has been reshaping the longer I stick to it as well. Take care, -----Original Message----- ..........I can't help but to notice that the symptoms of " lyme " are virtually the same as systemic candida. This makes me wonder. I am trying to stick to the diet but I am so hungry and I am also very thin. I am also working with a holistic healer, taking good supportive supplements and nystatin but I am just so miserable. I feel like total crap and I can't sleep due to my urinary issues. As a result I am very depressed and can't help thinking that this is never going to end. Just wondering if you have any insight or opinions for me.

This makes me wonder. +++Yes, it is very interesting that Lyme's and many other diseases labelled otherwise are also the same as candida. My brother had Crohn's Disease (diarrhea) for over 20 years and during that time he also had West Nile and Lyme's. He cured everything after doing my program for 20 months - it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy. During that time his body also " retraced " Lyme's, West Nile, psoriasis, etc., which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php > > I am trying to stick to the diet but I am so hungry and I am also very thin. As a result I am very depressed and can't help thinking that this is never going to end. Just wondering if you have any insight or opinions for me. +++Do not be concerned about your weight, since it is more important to focus on curing your candida and getting your body healthy. +++This program builds up the immune system, which is the only way to improve health, no matter what the issues are. It is mainly done with " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements) and by eliminating toxins, and the foods and toxins that feed candida. +++To start your journey towards health, like many others on this group, read and learn what you need to do and why - here's the main articles that are important: " How To Successfully Overcome Candida " " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php After reading please get back to us. Guest guest
> > Bee, > > Thanks for you speedy reply. My name is . I am going to do > the diet but would it be ok for me to have a small amount of " safe " > grain such as brown rice or millet or should I eliminate all together for now? +++Hi . It's good to know your name. You would change over to this diet gradually, according to Curing Candida, How to Get Started. If you change over too fast you can get constipated since it is difficult to increase the " good " fats because they are antifungal, which in turn cause die-off/healing symptoms. Here's the article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php > The reason I ask is that I'm also trying to exercise some each day and it appears as if my body needs to extra calories/energy that some carbs can provide. I am also doing the coconut oil. +++Your body doesn't require carbs/glucose as a source of energy; it is much more efficient and more healthy to consume proteins and good fats, with good fats as an alternate source of energy, than carbs. Carbs require so many of the body's resources in order to digest and utilize them for energy. 58% of protein and 10% of good fats are easily changed into glucose inside the body as required. +++Also good fats contain 9 calories per gram, whereas carbs contain 4 grams. > > Also, what do you recommend for horrible depression while going > through this program? I have been tempted, many times, to take a > prescription anti-depressant but then I don't for fear of adding more toxins. Also, what so you recommend for the horrible urinary > frequency and urgency - as I am not sleeping at all because of it? +++Most people with candida have anxiety and depression, which this program will correct as time goes by. In the meantime read this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat6.php +++There are treatments for urinary tract infections; for candida sufferers the best one is fresh parsley tea, which is in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/women5.php +++However, treatments may help, but they won't necessarily cure the urinary tract since your body will still be " retracing " previous episodes. But remember that " retracing " isn't the " actual disease " ; instead it is like a " copy of the original disease. " After you are completely on the diet and taking all of the supplements your body starts retracing in order to heal. +++When you go through retracing it " feels like " the original infection has returned, however it hasn't. People on my program who have gotten lab tests find there is no bacteria present. That's the difference between the actual disease and retracing. The best in health, Bee P.S. , would you please trim your messages?
