HELP! How to pack food/supplements for tomorrow

Hi everyone,

I've been researching the x-rays at airports and it sounds like it's

best to carry on all supplements. Do you think I should get a lead

bag to put them in as well?

Also, I was packing in my main luggage 6 jars of coconut oil but

I've heard they really " nuke " our big bags... so, should I try

packing in my carry on? It is solid at room temperature so maybe it

would be OK? Or, should I try to just buy coconut oil in Costa

Rica? I'm gonna see if I can find a lead bag big enough for all of

this coconut oil but not sure if I will.

I'd hate to waste all of this coconut oil if it is just going to

be " zapped. " I could have the oils shipped but I'm sure they go

through radiation that way too. You can't win! In fact, the

coconut oil I have right now has probably ALREADY been zapped as it

came from oversees.

Any suggestions? I was also hoping that I could carry on 2 lbs of

butter. Any chance you think that would work? I leave tomorrow

morning so would love to hear any ideas before then.

Thanks so much!

Genevieve

+++Hi Genevieve. It is better to pack coconut oil and butter in your

checked baggage; just wrap the jars in aluminum foil.
