Guest guest
from Dale, Mom to Katy, CVID, age 17 , Katy is sitting right here and I asked her if she has ab pain every day. She said she now knows it to be primarily " gas " pains, but she says maybe not everyday but most days and " pretty dang often. " Her words. We've tried all kinds of " gas " remedies in the past and she prefers to just let it happen with no treatment as she's very opposed to taking any medications, etc. She also goes through food aversion when the pain is bad. A psychologist told us that food aversion was always anorexia -- I FIRMLY DISAGREE!!!!! All I can tell you is that her severe pains disappeared after IVIG of 1 year. They went away gradually and like she says -- they are still there, but now they are primarily gas (not intestinal bleeding, bloating, projectile vomiting and constant diarrhea). Hang in there. Maybe this next gastro will have some answers. We never got help from gastro doctors - but that was before our diagnosis. Praying that could feel good for a nice change! I know you need a break. Guest guest
Ditto on the ab pain for Autumn. Everyday she says her stomach hurts. Sometimes it's constipation. . .but not every single day. The doc has no explanation & since she's not screaming in pain, they are willing to test her for much. Guest guest
Have you ever looked into Celiac Disease? This is where the body can not tolerate gluten. They do a biopsy to diagnose it. Many people also do gluten challenges, but if you go off gluten you cannot be diagnosed properly. -- > > Hi, > I don't mean to sound stupid but I must of missed something. Guest guest
I haven't written in a long time and I'm late reading e-mails, but here's something to look into. My son, had severe pain for 3 years. Doctors did ever test possible. We found out he has Barretts Esophagus (pre-cancer cells in his esophagus, caused from untreated GERDS), but he continued to have severe stomach pain. Finally our doctor talked to a GI doctor in New York, we sent him samples of s colon and found out he had inflammation, he suggested trying Remicade for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. has had 3 doses of Remicade (by IV) and he has had only 4 stomach aches since. It has been 3 months now. Praise GOD! The down fall is Remicade lowers their immune system and even more prone to infections. 3 days after he received his first dose got pneumonia and was on IV antibiotics for a month. I still feel it was worth it, my son is out of severe pain for the first time in 3 years. His blood tests come back negative for Inflammatory Bowel disease, but they are only accurate 80% of the time. He is now diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. It might be worth checking into. God Bless, Palmer, mom to 13 CVID, Barretts Esophagus, Lymphoid Hyperplasia, Inflammatory bowel disease, severe steroid dependent asthmatic, and a great kid. Cameron 7 yr old CVID, severe steroid dependent asthmatic, and a another great kid. Rodney 13 and 11 healthy I'm proud to say and they are great kids also. AB Pain Hi, I don't mean to sound stupid but I must of missed something. My son has had abdominal pains daily for about 6 to 8 months now. 8 months ago the doctor was not to concerned. says sometimes he feels sick to his tummy or his tummy feels crampy. Any input please? what is EE ? ( Mom to age 9 asthma allergies to everything and Hyper IgE Syndrome)

It is very important that you follow the diet and take all of the supplements, since the only way to get healthy is by building up your immune system. That's why this is a healing program, just as much as it is for candida specifically. +++First, I suggest you gradually change over to this diet plus supplements - 2 articles are key for you to read so you understand what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php +++Second, after you are on the diet, I suggest you do the 9-Day Program because you have digestive problems: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php We are here to help and support you so you " too " can get well like many members of this group. For encouragement see this many Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php > Hope you had a Merry Christmas & thanks, +++Thanks. I did have a great Christmas. The best in health, Bee
