The Acidity/Alkalinity (pH balancing) Theory is totally false - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/acid1.php +++The biggest mistake made is that toxicity is mistakened as high acidity, but it is totally different. Also coffee enemas do not act the same as drinking coffee - the article on Coffee Enemas explains why. > > Also, regarding Nystatin.....I am not able to get the powdered form > form my pharmacy so I'm taking the tablets - no sugar in them!!! > Would it be possible to crush tablets into powder and then use them > for enemas or douches? If so, how many tablets would I use for an > enemas? My holistic doc recommend me to take 4 tablets 2x daily. +++First, you start on the diet and take all of the supplements recommended, along with unrefined coconut oil which is your first antifungal. After you are able to tolerate 6 tbls. of coconut oil without having severe die-off symptoms you can add 1 other antifungal, like Nystatin. However, natural antifungals are much better than Nystatin, i.e. raw garlic, oil of oregano and clove oil. The best to you, Bee
