That cal/mag powder is not okay, since it is not the " citrate form " and it also contains other nutrients like vitamin D, which makes it difficult to regulate the level of vitamin D to take. So I don't recommend getting them with any other nutrients included, and also that you buy cal and mag separately so you can adjust doses as needed in future.
