That cal/mag powder is not okay, since it is not the " citrate form "

and it also contains other nutrients like vitamin D, which makes it

difficult to regulate the level of vitamin D to take. So I don't

recommend getting them with any other nutrients included, and also

that you buy cal and mag separately so you can adjust doses as needed

in future.

Buy cal and mag citrate which states the " elemental amounts " on the
