Guest guest
Hi Rhoda, I swa this on the net. Candida feeds on sugar, so keep the diet low in carbohydrates. Also, avoid acidic foods such as oranges and tomatoes.

Could the organges have caused these > symptoms? +++Hi Rhonda. Yes the oranges will definitely cause those symptoms since they " feed " candida making it overgrow even more! Ensure you understand the entire diet and why you avoid sugars, including all fruits except lemons and limes - see " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php Bee

So it is quite okay to eat tomatoes and beef!! Besides such foods aren't acidic in the body, and acidity/alkalinity (pH) balancing is totally unnecessary for health - see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu5_1.php Why don't you do searches on my website, and read more about candida and foods there, so you aren't getting false information? Guest guest
Hi Bee, I am totally following the diet, and have had a bit of reaction though. I am headachy and feel a little more spaced out than usual and have itchy rashes on my skin. I do the lemon thing and also I eat tomatoes. Im on a very organic diet. I have been for a few months. Its very expensive though. I do get sick when I eat oranges, I just leave them out. Can I ask you.. can my baby get candida from me? as in from breast feeding? Since I had systemic candidiasis when I was feeding her?? Can you help please?

Your reactions are definitely die-off symptoms, including your rashes - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php > > I do get sick when I eat oranges, I just leave them out. +++Oranges are not on the candida diet anyway - see this handy list of foods on the diet: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php > > Can I ask you.. can my baby get candida from me? as in from breast > feeding? Since I had systemic candidiasis when I was feeding her?? +++Your baby can acquire candida from you or the father upon conception, but not after that, since candida is not a contagious disease. It occurs within each person's body independent of anything or anyone else, due to a depressed immune system - see Candida Treatments for Babies and Children which explains how babies acquire candida and how to treat them: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php Bee
