Guest guest
Bernice, I am proof that the candida diet can control PCOS. I have had PCOS since the age of 15 and finally diagnosed myself when I was 35.This is another reason why I dont' go to doctors. They led me on for 20 years. Once I gained 30 lbs in one month and the doctor just told me to stop eating. I am 42 years old and for the first time in my life I have a 28 day cycle. Many of my symptoms have cleared, especially the skin disorders. I still have facial hair and very bad abdominal obesity. I also got pregnant at 40 after 15 years of infertility. But I still have a long long way to go.
