Those ingredients in the Melatonin are listed under " Other " so it won't contain very much. So don't be concerned. However, be very cautious about taking them - see this article on Melatonin: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn21.php It is better to take herbs that help you sleep, either from capsules or as a tea.
