Those ingredients in the Melatonin are listed under " Other " so it

won't contain very much. So don't be concerned. However, be very

cautious about taking them - see this article on Melatonin:

It is better to take herbs that help you sleep, either from capsules

or as a tea. The best ones are valerian, passionflower, chamomile,

and catnip some of which are combined in capsules, or you can make

tea - I recommend catnip or chamomile.
