SORRY for the ranting & raving , but when one has time to > reflect , its quite a reality check .... to say the least +++My heart goes out to you Ed. I know how much I suffered, having lost my job, and having to go on welfare. I'd been a single mom with 2 children, and always worked. To be debilitated to the point that I couldn't work was devastating. So rant and rave away Ed; get it out of your system, and then decide to get around all of the obstacles. You can do it! I'll be your cheering section! > > Nevertheless , Bee , I will not probably be on the diet a 100% for the next 2 weeks considering the aforementioned , anyway I did discover a shop online ,located in Toronto which sells : Organic meats , Celtic Sea Salt ... etc . The link is below ..... so Bee , do you think it has possibilities ? LOL ........ anyway let me know your opinion . > The Healthy Butcher > > Link 1 - http://www.thehealthybutcher.com/products.html > > Link 2 - http://www.thehealthybutcher.com/orderform.html ++Ed, that's an excellent source of certified organic meats, etc. - so go for it! This program doesn't have to cost much, except for the supplements. Lard is just as good as butter, and often butchers give it away, so all you have to do is melt it down - here's a recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/lard1.php I moved from Calgary, Alberta to London, Ontario in May. So I'm in your general neck-of-the-woods. LOL! Bee
