dark shadows under eyes

hi bee + group

i feel like things are coming along very well for me,

my cravings evening out, i'm getting used to cooking differently,

abdominal pain is gone and i feel more like my old (childhood!!) self

again,

internally, as it were! if i eat anything off the program i don't feel

well,

but i've only been with it for a month.

the two things going on for me are that i'm a big concerned about is

that get winded or tired quite easily,

walking up stairs or a hill - i've almost stopped doing yoga, i just

don't

have the energy; and secondly, i've got dark shadows under my eyes.

is this just my body is healing and i need rest, or could a deficiency

be showing up?

i do tend toward anemia, and i'm still nursing my youngest, although

only at night.

i'd love to hear suggestions.
