Guest guest Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 Good morning. I am at 3 months now and having some wonderful results. However, I am so reactive to the VCO. I had it up to 3 Tbsp. a day and then my body seemed to change. I was really hyper and suffering insomnia and then all of a sudden, I just couldn't wake up anymore. I didn't relate it at first until I decided to lower the amount. I have been on one tbsp. now for a few days and am back to the insomnia and hyper feeling. My fear is that I will never get up to the 6 tbps. and that I will never heal from this thing. Bee, have you had others that take a year or more to be able to handle the VCO?
